Reservation & Refund Policies.
We welcome you to
our cottage!
Please be aware of the following guidelines:
A Reservation is a
commitment on our part to hold your accommodations open for your arrival,
and is a request for us to turn away any
other potential guests on the requested dates confirmed. It is an
agreement telling us that you are willing to be completely responsible for
payment of those dates - even if your plans or circumstances change.
If a deposit is required for an event or holiday, it will apply to the
total cost on arrival but is non-refundable if the reservation is
cancelled.
Sorry, but early
departures are not refundable.
In the event of
cancellations, we will attempt to re-rent the
cottage. If re-rented, payment will be refunded for the nights re-rented,
less any costs incurred. There is a $25 processing charge for all
cancellations regardless of booking rate.
Price is based on double occupancy. All facilities, including
bathroom and kitchen, are provided for the use of our paying guests only.
Cleaning of fish, crabs, and clams is
not permitted.
All refunds will be given in the form of
check.
Full housekeeping services are
not available. We will make your extended stay more comfortable by
supplying fresh linen as arranged. Bed linen will not be changed unless
your visit exceeds four nights, or by special request. You will find coffee,
tea, and a few basics in the
kitchen. Guests are responsible for leaving the kitchen, cooking utensils and
dishes clean and put away.
If cleaning service is required, an additional $30 fee will be assessed.
The cottage is
available at 3:00 pm. unless previous arrangements are made. Please let us
know what time you plan to arrive.
Check out time is
11:00 am. Should you need additional time please contact us, but remember,
we need to provide a clean and comfortable place for those following you. |
